M brought over some pastries from Little Fox Bakehouse before the snow hit:
There's a white rabbit mochi donut, London fog cream puff, black sesame mochi croissant, and a bubble tea croissant. WHAT?! BUBBLE TEA CROISSANT?!
Yes, a bubble tea croissant. Not a typo. It does have tapioca pearls in the filling.
No, it was not good. Just too gimmicky for me! The sesame was more my taste.
Actually, my favourite lately is The Bench Bakehouse double baked almond and chocolate croissant. I had to eat it quickly before H could devour it all, and there was no time to take a photo.
Speaking of taking photos, I've been forgetting to take more pictures because this little chubby monster requires a lot of attention and energy:
It snowed in Vancouver the other day and it was a nice surprise to wake up to. It was nice mostly because we could stay indoors and drink hot beverages. Other than the five minutes when we brought baby S for her first snow. Couldn't miss out on the photo opp! Look at her happy grimace!
It was also nice to see photos and videos of friends and family out enjoying the snow. Can't spend time with them, so it's extra nice to see their genuine happiness while sledding down the hills. Do you want to build a snowman?
