I'm one month into my new job, and I am surprised to say that I'm not hating it. Hearing the phone ring makes me cringe sometimes. Today, five different customers called at the same time, and the phone was literally ringing off the hook. It felt like the phone was screaming at us (us = me, the other ISR, and the receptionist).
"FIND ME THIS ITEM. WE NEED IT NOW. I CAN'T WAIT A WEEK."
I'm working on it. Don't bite my head off through the telephone please.
On the other hand, I finished Catch-22. I loved it from the 1st chapter when the soldier wrapped from head to toe in bandages died, and Yossarian and Dunbar vehemently accused the nurse of killing him. It was a 10/10 from the beginning.
Next up... Mandala and Catfish, and my Sept. 2011 issue of NYLON.
